"My husband and I are two hard-working locals, born and raised in Memphis, TN. We come from pretty humble beginnings, becoming parents in our teens. Over the years there were countless psychological, economic, social, and spiritual challenges of having one foot in childhood and the other in adulthood. However, with our love for each other, our faith in God, and a commitment to providing a better life for our children, we persevered. Murphy Movers has been a dream of ours for years. We’ve worked hard to build a company that we’d be proud to work for with a positive company culture that focuses on both our customers and employees. POLICIES

Inclement Weather

Moving during a light rain does not usually cause any problems. However, moving during heavy rain can cause significant challenges. We will monitor weather conditions, and if it is raining heavily on your moving date, we may have to reschedule or postpone your move. While we know it may be an inconvenience, it may be necessary as a safety precaution to protect your belonging and our movers. If we have to reschedule your move, we will work you in for the first available day at no additional cost.

 

Payment

For most moves, no deposit is required. Payment is due after services are rendered. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. If you choose to pay with a card, there will be a 3% card convenience fee.
